Here's the opening to the Sunday Night Movie presentation of "The Burglars" on WLS Channel 7. We can see it uses the same swirling-star motif as used on the 3:30 Movie and Late Night Movie shows of the period. Previous to this we had only seen a small snippet of this opening. Also includes an ABC / WLS-TV Station ID at the beginning (voiceover by Wayne Atkinson) This aired on local Chicago TV Sunday, March 30th 1980 at 11:53pm. Click here to search for related videos.
