Baked Meatballs with Hash Brown Potatoes, is quick and easy to make! **BAKED MEATBALLS W/ HASH BROWN** (Ingredients:) 1.5 Ground Beef 2 Eggs 3/4 Cup, Crushed Saltines (About 22 Saltines) 6 to 8 Garlic Cloves (Chopped) 2 Tsp Salt (Divided) 2 Tsp Black Pepper (Divided) 1 Tsp. "Knorr" Beef Bouillon Seasoning Powder 1 Can, (10 3/4 Ounces) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Undiluted) 1 Cup, (8 Ounces) Sour Cream 1 Cup, Water 1 Large Onion, (Chopped) 1 Package (30 Ounces) Frozen Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes (Thawed) 1 Cup, (4 Ounces) Shredded Cheddar Cheese -Bake in greased, 13 in. x 9 in. Baking Pan. -Baked in a preheated oven at 350 degrees, covered with Aluminum Foil for 45 minutes. -Then uncover and bake for additional 12 to 15 minutes longer or until the Meatballs are no longer pink and Potatoes are tender.
