If you have a high lvl cyborg, anti traitless ubers then use only 3-4 meatshields to provide an extra slot for another useful unit like cyberpunk for example. If you do have a weak ahh loadout like me then ima proudly say to use 5 meatshields on the top row and selected dmg dealers on the bottom row. Classic Unit Summary: When Berserkory spawns, it's usually best to use octopus cat + courier + luxury bath if you have access to the aforementioned units. If not, try dread pirate catley and stack tons of them before you triggered the boss shockwave. If unlucky after ~10 tries or so, you may try the no meatshield meta (basically spawning only attackers esp cyborg, courier, dragon, drama, pizza) or just send a few meatshields and let manic islands do their thing to make berserkory miss cuz he slow as frick then just hope he dies before islands reach your base. For meatshields, some players often have 4 and some even 3 but I recommend manics if available to you especially manic eraser since manic mohawk is too fast letting kory have a chance to hit him immediately in his first few atks and you clearly don't want that to happen except of course if you only dare to stall them with 3-4 meatshields. For better efficiency, bring in jiangshi or haniwa (preferably lvl 40) if killing the initial manic islands is your major problem. The standard 5 meatshields is still the most consistent one tho. Best advice is to use auto cliker if you can't spam them fast enough. Pls equip them with talents if you're still not able to win and use shadow gao, mitama, kasli, lasvoss, jizo, any anti traitless or ubers that deal insane amount of dmg, dps standing over 300+ range (AoE atk) and maybe an anti red one to deal with berserkory. Gacha units special mention: iCat to freeze bersekory, cost efficient units like luxury bath, medalist, brainwashed gross etc. Just put any units as you deem fit, maybe tourist cat, cyberpunk, cat god, drama to replace cyborg (In my opinion, cyborg is better due to her being more spammable, stackable and deals way more dmg with survive talent, yeah don't mind the cash hogging issue) Simply manage your cash and you'll be alright.
