What is an ethical #vegan? In this #podcast, I answer the most common #questions about my #ethical beliefs. Veganism is a broad church, but essentially I hold firm #beliefs regarding the #environment and #animal welfare. Ethical veganism is not just about choices of #diet. Share this video, vote on it, and tell us your thoughts in the comments section 👍 It's a way of life with #SelfSufficiency, and totally #organic #gardening. It's about cutting #pollution and emissions. And it's about personal responsibility. Biological altruism and the #philosophy of "doing no harm" are two tenets of ethical veganism; ethics which have existed for millennia. My principles include consequentialist ethics and deontological ethics. I consider whether or not something is right by what its consequences are, and I place special emphasis on the relationship between duty and the morality of human actions. Some would argue that ethical veganism does not exist or there is no such thing. When veganism is combined with personal ethics and other belief systems: what else should it be called? Not all vegans have the same ethics.
