In the tower, buy the shotgun as quickly as possible, summon the challenger, defeat them and extend the bridge to the Tower of Ra defeating that challenger as quickly as possible as well. Now, make progress in the underground area towards the other towers, sharing money when necessary to get through doors, and build your special weapon meters. Stick close together to keep the zombie horde together. Once in one of the two last towers, summon the challenger, 1 person uses their special, get enough money to get across the bridge and repeat with the other person's special. If done correctly, the 5:00 isn't too hard to stay under, especially with good communication and map knowledge. If struggling with this, you can try to use consumable elixirs and talismans that will help you get through more easily like 2x point drops, instakill drops, increased damage, and or something that spawns you with a perk at the start. You can also try to do this with 3+ people but it is not recommended as the bosses will have more health, and it becomes harder to communicate and share money efficiently. Building special weapons can also take a hit. Some groups may find it easier though.
