The artists and musicians from different countries will meet on stage with their Israeli colleagues, and will show to the public the process of the creation of a new tradition, creation of a new musical language and the influence of such cross-cultural projects on modern Jewish culture in general. «The Unternationale» - is Detroit born /Berlin transplant singer-songwriter Daniel Kahn, legendary Moscow avantgarde song bard Psoy Korolenko and Israeli klezmer band Oy Division. It's dialectical klezmer cabaret and a spontaneous orgy of -isms: social-, zion-, antizion-, chassid-, national-, satan-, alcohol-, modern-, all in alternating English, Russian, and Yiddish. It's Laibach meets Theodore Bikel. «The First Unternational» album was recorded in July 2007 in Tel-Aviv.
