About Guest Aditya Ghosh is a business leader with over 22 years of experience. He serves on the Board of Directors for Fabindia, India’s largest retail platform, and OYO, a leading global hospitality chain. Previously, he was the CEO of OYO Hotels & Homes in India and South Asia and spent ten years as President and Board Member of IndiGo, making it India’s largest airline. Aditya has also been a Board Member of InterGlobe Hotels and InterGlobe Technologies. He works with management teams, boards, and investors across various sectors, focusing on scaling, consumer engagement, branding, financial sustainability, and organizational culture. An advocate for startups, he invests through Homage Ventures, with a focus on women-led enterprises. His investments include Blue Tokai, Wholsum Foods, SpeakIn, Vsync, Juggernaut, Sarva Yoga, Genepath Diagnostics, and CreditEnable. He is also an Advisory Board Member and Investor at Fireside Ventures. Aditya is passionate about philanthropy and social impact in education, diversity, health, and arts. He co-founded Ashoka University and is involved with its Circle of Sponsors. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Creative Leadership and the Board of Directors of the Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre, which aims to improve justice delivery. Though he never attended business school, Aditya is a trained lawyer, having practiced corporate law at J. Sagar Associates and K&S Partners before becoming General Counsel at InterGlobe Enterprises.
