This tutorial spawns from the " new unreleased leaked picture of Harley Quinn and the Joker " that's been floating around some sites recently. It was certainly an unreleased Glam&Gore photo, as I hadn't posted it to any of my sites yet, it's not just an unreleased Suicide Squad photo. :) Hope you enjoy Chase and I's fan art collaboration which we took all inspiration from the new Suicide Squad movie directed by David Ayer which will be released in 2016. This tutorial is specifically on Harley Quinn's makeup- minus the heart tattoo (?) on her face and possibly other small face tattoos.
