Rebellion Week 2: Tat-N-Tia face off against Liv & Sabina in the semi-finals of an unofficial ladder climb to be the team who faces off against Renee & Giovanna for the tag team titles at Wrestlemania. Prior to making their way out, Rina did wish Liv and Sabina luck and looked forward to facing them in the future should they win. --- After the match, Samuel is seen walking backstage and he spots a hooded figure walking in the back. He observes the figure for a moment until they bump into him. He hears a quietened voice say “Sorry.” before moving on. Samuel gently grips the arm of the person and gently pulls them back and then looks down at them as the figure looks forward and then up. Aria then looks up at Samuel and is surprised to see him and she tries to compose herself, but Samuel holds a hand up to her and waves it to the side and then gestures for her to follow him to a more secluded place. He then cups his chin and lets out a sigh before nodding and then looking at Aria. “Before you say anything, I know I look pathetic and not how a champion should, but I just felt like I was suffocating being in that room and I needed to get out and breathe, but the looks people give me is… It’s like I’m trading one discomfort for another.” Aria says as Samuel nods at her. “You don’t look pathetic. You look like someone who’s in pain, knows they’re in pain, but also has the resolve to fight through it. You’re healing and coming to terms with the gravity of the situation. That’s the furthest thing from pathetic. And you should know that a champion who is comfortable is no true champion.” Samuel says to her as she shrugs and he crosses his arms. “We often hear people talk about becoming a world class champion, enjoying spotlights, media coverage, fanfare, the splendors of being the brightest star. They don’t tell you about the hardships, the stress, the pressure from not just your partners, opponents, and the people above you, but from yourself. You set goals and thresholds that you, yourself want to make and when you don’t, the fault becomes internalized. The other side of it is that it can affect how people see you.” Samuel says as Aria nods and sighs. “I heard what Lucille said out there. I don’t… I can’t fully blame her, but it’s not fair to me. It’s not even fair to Salem! All she had to do was say something to me! Anyone! I’m also scared that Johanna’s right. I see it all too often and if Lucille can turn on me and double down on her reasons, then anyone can! Why should I let myself be at risk? Why let it happen again?” Aria asks as Samuel glares at her. “Maybe she did. Maybe she tried to, but her words didn’t get through. And Johanna? Fuck what she says. This right here? This isn’t about her. It’s not about Lucille or Salem, or anyone else. It’s about you. You define yourself on your terms, not anyone else's! Life throws you these curveballs and the world watches if you adapt or mutate. Do you retain your sense of self or shed off the skin and become something different? You decide…” Samuel says as Aria looks at him and lets out a sigh. “Thanks, I guess…” Aria says as Samuel smirks. “You don’t need advice, Aria. You know what to do and how you’re going to do it. You just needed a little push. I suppose I needed a little reminder as well… There’s no shame in being weak, only shame in staying weak. We’re both in a similar boat, but for different reasons.” Samuel says as Aria gives a light smile and nods. “I suppose we have our battles to win both internally and externally.” Aria says as Samuel nods. “So then… What are we waiting for? Let’s go fuck them up!” Aria says as Samuel smiles and laughs. The scene then cuts to black as the two nod at one another.
