One of the 4 Bossss of the game. Shin Neo-Dio has two more moves that the toned down version cannot perform: 1. He can throw 4 Projectiles at an upwards angle. 2. He has a move where he produce a liquid to trap you, leaving you Vulnerable for him to Attack you. Shin Neo-Dio Inflicts more damage than the player version can. you already know about the health regeneration. He's Much faster than the player version of him. To fight him: You must land 4 Double assaults and You can't lose a fight. Like Mizuchi, King Lion and Goodman, Neo-Dio is unlocked from the start. That's the only Boss I'm missing. Now i fought all of them!
