'Lessons from SOAR Projects', moderated by Rebekah Borgert at the 9th Oyster South Symposium.

At the 2026 Oyster South Symposium in Houston, Texas, Rebekah Borgert (The Nature Conservancy) moderated three speakers in 'From Farm to Reef: Lessons from SOAR Resiliency Fund Projects', drawing on the knowledge of three program participants. Speakers were Jen Sagan (Friends of the Rappahannock), David Beugli (Willapa Bay-Grays Harbor Oyster Growers Association). and Emily Fuqua (Florida State University Coastal & Marine Laboratories). We are grateful to American Complete Oyster Farming Systems, Inc. for their generous support towards the costs associated with the production of the videos to preserve the presentations and panels as a resource for the community.
