Massimo tells Jackie and Samantha how Stephanie managed to enlist Deacon to reinstate Eric as CEO of Forrester. Jackie feels sorry for Brooke. Brooke is stunned when Deacon does vote against her, and is even more hurt when she realizes Ridge knew about the plan all along. Brooke makes a motion to vote again. Despite the pleas of Brooke and Bridget, Deacon again goes against Brooke. The vote comes down to Ridge.
