Sole ST90 Slat Treadmill: https://treviewguru.com/SoleST90 Read the full review: https://www.treadmillreviewguru.com/s... Find the best treadmill: https://www.treadmillreviewguru.com/b... We are very excited to bring you this review of the Sole ST90 Treadmill. This treadmill is unique to most treadmills we’ve tested because of the flat motorized slat belt. It also shares some similarities with the Peloton Tread+, which I’ll get into. So, to start, the ST90 is a sizable, heavy treadmill. It doesn’t fold up and requires a designated space to use. We don’t recommend moving it often because it is hard to move. It weighs 375 lbs. It has a steel frame and a similar design to the new Sole F80 and F85 treadmills. The console does shake a little, but it isn’t distracting. Overall, this is a solid, heavy-duty treadmill. We recommend it for heavy use and homes with multiple users because it has a commercial-grade AC motor. These motors are usually found in commercial treadmills so they’re designed to handle foot traffic throughout the day. Keep in mind that AC motors, including this 2.0 HP one, aren’t as quiet as DC motors found in most home treadmills. So, if noise is a factor in your home, make sure to consider this. The slat belt is flat with individual rubberized slats. The motor controls the belt, but it can also be disengaged to propel the belt yourself. The motor allows it to go up to 12.5 mph with 15 levels of incline. Free Mode with the motor disengaged, allows you to run as fast as you can and use 8 levels of incline. Both features are tough and make for really versatile training options. The rubberized slats absorb a lot of impact while running, but the deck doesn’t have much give to give you a slight bounce in each step like most belted motorized treadmills. So, it feels firm to run on and actually requires more effort to run than most other treadmills. That is why we highly recommend it if you want to do high-intensity training. The 15.6” touchscreen offers onboard workouts, fitness tests, and streaming from apps like Netflix and Hulu. This is all available without an additional subscription, so all you need to do is log into your account for each app and start streaming while using the Sole ST90. The console also has other features that make it convenient to use like quick-adjusting buttons and a wireless charging pad for your home. We also like how the handles are well within reach. If you’re looking for a powerful, versatile treadmill for your home, we recommend checking out the Sole ST90 Treadmill. 0:00 - Sole ST90 Slat Belt Treadmill Review 0:41 - Treadmill Construction 4:43 - Free Mode 5:26 - Safety Features 6:53 - Console Overview 9:39 - Content Options 11:33 - Cushioning 13:32 - Walking/Running 14:19 - Incline Demo 14:41 - Larger User Demo 15:04 - Final Thoughts #solefitness #treadmill #slattreadmill
