I haven't posted much new video because there's really not much to see. Other than getting about 20 transfusions in the last few weeks, her sitting on the sofa most of the day, not eating too much and me having to carry her up to bed each night because she's so weak there isn't much happening. Juliana has been having internal bleeding for a couple of weeks. Today, July 7, 2016 we found out why she has been bleeding internally...here's an update from my wife earlier today (while Juliana and her are still in the hospital): "We just talked to Julie's doctor and pathology came back showing chemical damage to her stomach lining. After reviewing all of her medicines they are pretty sure the high dose prednisone she was on for two months caused it. She just finished being weaned off of prednisone on Sunday so now all we can do is wait for it to heal and continue giving her blood and platelet transfusions. They did say it's possible she has some mild graft verse host disease in her rectum or it could just be irritation from all the diarrhea and they will be looking at and going over those biopsies with pathology later today. Juliana got a low grade fever last night which went away with a Tylenol and hasn't come back so they want her to spend another night to make sure the fever doesn't return and to give her blood and platelet transfusions tomorrow so she'll be okay over the weekend."
