This is my method of making texture sheets to obtain the matrix for those gemstones that I imitate using techniques like Mokume Gane (and not only). They work beautifully for making faux turquoises - even if I used different colors in this tutorial, just to give you an idea of how many other gemstone imitations can be done - a whole variety of them! And I promise that I will show you quite a bit of them! It seems to me that right now I'm the only one doing turquoise imitation using these, isn't it? Haha, think outside the box! Just kidding. The things you will absolutely need to make these, are: Bake and Bend clay Small pack https://amzn.to/2OruVU8 Large pack https://amzn.to/2Ng2coq Ball stylus sets https://bit.ly/2OnMcxs or https://amzn.to/2MwgHPY Super sharp and thin blade: https://bit.ly/2OmINin or https://bit.ly/2xchbpr Happy claying! I buy my Premo and Pardo clays and many other supplies from PolyClay Play. http://www.polyclayplay.com/aff=2 If you have any questions, suggestions or requests, either post here on my channel under the "discussions" tab or contact me through my blog, FB page or online store.
