For those of you who aren't familiar with a Pomelo, it is the largest citrus fruit. It is normally the size of a large cantaloupe or 2 to 3 times the size of a grapefruit. There are different varieties that will have either a green peel or yellow peel. And the inside will be either yellow or pink! The pomelo has a really thick rind/pith, the white stuff! Which is bitter, so don't eat that. They are highly nutritious and very tasty. They are sweeter than a grapefruit but still have a hint of tartness as well. Have you ever had a pomelo?
