Give it a try at home and let us know in the comments. #sooperchef #desserts #sweetrecipes #chocolatedesserts Chocolate Eclairs Ingredients for Dough (choux pastry): Water 1 cup NESTLÉ MILKPAK Salted Dairy Butter 1/4 cup Sugar 1 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp All-purpose flour 1 cup Eggs 3 Ingredients for Whipped Cream: NESTLÉ MILKPAK Whipping Cream 1 cup Ingredients for Chocolate Eclairs: Beaten eggs (for egg wash) as required Dark chocolate (for chocolate ganache) 1 cup NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 cup Whipped cream as required Directions for Dough Preparation: 1. In a pot heat water and add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Salted Dairy Butter, sugar and salt. Cook until water starts to boil and butter melts. 2. Turn off the flame and flour in 2 parts. Mix it well with a spatula until smooth dough has formed. 3. Now let it rest at room temperature. 4. Add eggs one by one into this dough and beat it well with beater. Set aside. Directions for Whipped Cream Preparation: 5. In a bowl add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form. Note: Chill the cream overnight in the fridge and whip it with an electric beater. (Do not put in freezer to chill, cream won't whip once it gets cold temperature shock) Directions for Chocolate Eclairs Preparation: 6. Add the dough mixture into a piping bag and pipe it out in long cylindrical shape on a greased baking tray lined with butter paper. 7. Make the ends smooth by rubbing water on the ends. 8. Now brush egg on them and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 15- 20 mins. Let them cool at room temperature. 9. Now make the holes in them from below and pipe the whipped cream into them. 10.In a bowl add dark chocolate, NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and microwave for 1 minute. Mix it well and your chocolate ganache is ready. 11.Dip the top of prepared eclairs into the chocolate ganache. Drizzle NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream on top and serve. 12.Your Chocolate Eclairs are ready. Serve and enjoy. Prep time: 20-25 mins Cooking + Baking time: 25-30 mins Servings: 4-5
