The oil leak coming from the passenger side is a common problem on the 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011, 8th generation Honda Civic. The oil leaks from the VVT (Variable Valve Solenoid) that is located on the back of the engine on the right side of the cylinder head. Its tight to get in there to get the bolts but it can be done with a special ratchet. Link for a ratchet and the gasket I used a snap on ratchet, but you can buy a very cheap similar one on.
