We are proud to introduce the Volkan LION 6x6 PHEV. Developed with 522 kW of diesel engine power and 280 kW of electric motor support, this plug-in hybrid ARFF vehicle places sustainability at the heart of operations—without compromising performance. With its 208 kWh battery capacity, it delivers not only an environmentally responsible solution but also high efficiency in daily airport operations. Capable of reaching speeds of up to 80 km/h in pure electric mode, the LION PHEV can perform routine inspection drives for days without the need for recharging and, when required, carry out fire-fighting missions entirely in pure electric mode. The LION 6x6 PHEV will be showcased at Intersec Dubai, taking place on January 12–14. We look forward to welcoming you at our stand to experience this technology up close.
