Join me as I travel from Paramaribo, the capital of Suriname, to Guyana! 🇸🇷✈️🇬🇾 I start my journey by taking a local bus, where I was surprised to catch a glimpse of Bollywood playing inside! 🎬🎶 After a scenic ride, I reach Nickerie, a border town in Suriname, where I plan to stay overnight since the ferry to Guyana is the next day. As night falls, I explore Nickerie, meeting friendly locals and experiencing the vibrant nightlife of this border town. 🌃 The place was lively, with open bars, clubs, live music, and amazing street food! 🎤🍽️ For dinner, I try local Surinamese dishes, which felt very similar to Bihari food! The flavors and aromas reminded me of home, making the experience even more special. ❤️ This was an unexpected but amazing night before crossing into Guyana!
