10 minute timer challenge - 10 मिनट में बनाएं ऑफिस लंच बॉक्स | Masala Paratha With Matar Pyaz Ki Sabji | Zayka Ka Tadka This is Recipe No. 1 of the Office Lunch Box In 10 Minutes Series by a lovely mom : Vijay Haldiya Ingredients FOR PREPARING MATAR PYAZ KI SABJI : Green peas / Matar - 1 Cup Onion / Pyaz - 1 Sliced Oil - 1 tbsp Asafoetida / Hing - A pinch Cumin seeds / Jeera - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder / Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp Red chilli powder / Lal mirchi powder - 1 tsp All spice mix powder / Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya powder - A handful Salt - As per taste Turmeric powder / Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp FOR PREPARING MASALA PARATHA : Whole wheat flour / Gehu ka aata - 1 Cup Salt - As per taste Water - As required Clarified butter / Ghee - As required Red chilli powder / Lal mirchi powder - As required All spice mix powder / Garam masala - As required Cumin seeds / Jeera - As required Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya powder - A handful tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon Instructions FOR PREPARING MATAR PYAZ KI SABJI : Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, and onion. Mix well. Saute it for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame. Now add green peas, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Stir it occasionally. Further, add coriander powder, red chilli powder, and all spice mix powder. Mix well. Add coriander leaves. Mix well and cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes. Once done, turn off the flame and take it out to a serving plate. FOR PREPARING MASALA PARATHA : Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt and mix well. Add water gradually to prepare medium consistency dough. Add little ghee and knead it well. Take a ball-sized dough, and dust it with flour. Prepare a paratha from it. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, all spice mix powder, cumin seeds, and coriander leaves on it. Then add little ghee and spread it on the paratha. Start folding the paratha to make a triangle shape. First, fold it in half. Then fold it again to make a triangle shape. Roll it to make a paratha. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Grease it with ghee. Place the paratha on it and cook it on a medium flame. Flip the paratha and cook it on a medium flame for 2 - 3 minutes and keep pressing it. Cook it well from both sides by applying ghee to it. Once it is done, take it out on a serving plate. Likewise, prepare another paratha. 'Masala Paratha With Matar Pyaz Ki Sabji' is ready to be served with cucumber.
