Music: Twinkle Musician: EnjoyMusic URL: https://enjoymusic.ai Music: Ice Tea Musician: Not The King Ingredients: •1/2 club pack ground beef •1 large chopped onion •4 Cloves minced garlic •1 tblsp each ( -Greek seasoning -Smoked paprika -Garlic Salt -Oregano) •1 tsp black pepper •1 Litre Diced tomatoes •1 cup chopped frozen kale (or fresh) •500ml sweet corn •1\2 cup Mighty Ceaser Dressing •1 cup grated White Cheddar cheese •1 Cup Homogenized Milk •1Litre sliced cooked Cabbage (you can use raw aswell, but if you do, it will just need to cook slightly longer) •3 packages of the Keto Shirataki Noodles •1 tblsp garlic salt •3 Tblsp Butter 1) In a large sauce pan over the stove fry up your ground beef with onion and garlic... then add your seasonings. 2) Once meat is cooked, add the diced tomatoes, kale, and sweet corn. mix well then add the ceaser dressing, cheese and milk...if adding RAW sliced cabbage, add that now, and stir to combine. Simmer for about 15min on Medium heat. 3) Meanwhile Melt 3 tblsp butter in another pan... open shirataki noodle packages, drain liquid, rinse and pat dry with paper towel. Place noodles into pan with melted butter... on high heat. 4)This step is important to get these noodles texture right. You need high heat, DO NOT stir it constantly. only once every 5-8 min or so. Be patient... and do these steps for about 25min or until the noodles gain some color. 5)Serve noodles with a bit of the hamburger stir fry. And Enjoy!
