Ingredients: – Tangerines (or Mandarins/Clementines) – 5 – Zest from 3 tangerines – Tangerine Juice – 60 ml (1/4 cup) – Canned Condensed Milk – 250 ml (1 cup) – Cold Whipping Cream – 250 ml (1 cup) – Dark Chocolate – 84g, finely chopped – Pistachios – 40g (1/3 cup), finely chopped Instructions: Prepare the Tangerines Start by rinsing 5 tangerines in a bowl of water to remove any residue. Dry them gently with a paper towel. Make the Zest Peel the zest from 3 tangerines. You can use this fresh, or for a stronger citrus flavor, mix it with 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp hot water. Let it sit for 2 hours to intensify the taste. Juice the Tangerines Peel all 5 tangerines and blend them until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove pulp, yielding about 1/4 cup of tangerine juice. Condensed Milk Option If you have canned condensed milk, measure out 1 cup. If not, you can make condensed milk it at home: Combine 100 ml (1/2 cup) water, a pinch of salt, and 100 gr (1/2 cup) sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved.
