I got a cramp from doing this. This game is super hard for a tub of lard like myself. So I spent a lot of time trying to do fast rotations and my scores were getting worse and worse. Through trial and error I learned that you get the extra hoops based on either consistency or how clean your movements are. Or both. If you slow it down and focus on "neat circles" as the game puts it, you get those extra hoops super fast, and that is the key to getting the 4-star rating.
