OpenAPI 3.0.4 and 3.1.1: What's new in the latest versions?

The ‪@OpenApi‬ Initiative (OAI) has just released two new versions of OpenAPI: 3.0.4 and 3.1.1. As you can tell by the version numbers, these are not feature versions but simply improvements of the specification text.
