A moist and flavorful pumpkin cake made with real pumpkin puree, warm spices, and a soft, tender crumb — perfect for cozy days. 📝 Ingredients: • 🥚 Eggs – 2 • 🍬 Sugar – 180g • 🍦 Vanilla extract – ¼ tsp • 🥛 Milk – 60g • 🛢️ Vegetable oil – 100g • 🎃 Cooked pumpkin puree – 220g • 🧁 Baking powder – 1 tsp • 🥄 Baking soda – ½ tsp 🪵 Cinnamon powder – 1 tbsp 🌾 Flour – 180g First, cut the pumpkin into pieces, peel it and remove the seeds. Then, cook it in a pot with a little water until the water has evaporated and there isn’t much left. Set it aside to cool. Then, puree the pumpkin and move on to the rest of the recipe. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract together well with a whisk or a hand mixer until they become light and creamy. Then, add the milk and vegetable oil and mix until just combined. Next, add the mashed pumpkin puree and mix again. Finally, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon powder, and gently fold them into the wet ingredients in two to three stages. Mix until there are no lumps of flour left and the mixture is well combined.
