The home provides support for up to four adults with autism and learning disabilities. It has been carefully designed to meet sensory needs and support individuals with complex behaviours. Our approach is person-centred and outcomes-focused, promoting stability, enhancing communication, developing independence, and enabling meaningful involvement in the community. We also deliver a clearly defined 16–25 transition pathway for young people moving into adulthood.
