Underwater shipwreck exploration - "Borko" wooden fishing boat

Exploration of a wooden fishing boat shipwreck "Borko" that sank near Bacvica shallows in october 2002. During this time of the year fishing in National Park Kornati was permitted and every sailor rushed from the harbour at night to find his good fishing spot in Kornati early in the morning. The captain and the crew of "Borko" have not noticed the sharp rocks of Bacvica shallows, slightly peeking over the waves and the ship collided with the rocks. After the impact "Borko" sank almost immediately, slowly sliding on the sand to the bottom of the sea. Luckily the crew of five was rescued and the ship remained on the sandy bottom at a depth of 39-47 meters. His mostly wooden construction caused the ship to be "eaten" by the sea during the last twenty two years and made the wreck very dark and majestic. Video was filmed in 2024.
