How I balayage my hair at home- from a professional hairstylist

Hi everyone! I'm Ingrid Villanueva or @glambyingrid on Instagram. I am a professional hairstylist in Orange County, California. This video is to show you how I color my own hair at home, but it's not intended to be a hair tutorial for non-professionals. I am a licensed professional and I have hundreds of hours of experience doing hair, so I highly suggest you don't try this at home. I have been properly trained on how to safely handle harsh chemicals such as hair lightener (AKA bleach.) In this video I lightened my natural hair color using a permanent hair color, and I used a balayage and baby light technique to lighten my existing blonde. From start to finish, this took me about 7 hours to achieve. Please keep in mind, I only touched up my hair, notice how my hair was already blonde, so please don't expect to achieve this in one session. I am currently accepting new clients, but I do currently have a one month waitlist.
