Ever since I was a little girl I was always drawn to the kitchen. As I grew up and explored other interests nothing persisted as much as my love for food and cooking. After recently graduating from college with a business degree, I was tempted towards the safety of pursuing a more traditional job though my instinct pushed me to follow my passion. I am THRILLED to launching this new very exciting chapter in my life at ICE - The Institue of Culinary Education. 💫 Going off the beaten path and chasing your dreams can be very scary but it will always be worth it and very rewarding.
