I bought this typewriter in either late 2011 or early 2012. This typewriter came from a very nice elderly gentleman who was a form telephone specialist and also worked with CB radios. The typewriter is now 92 years old, but it is hard to believe, seeing the condition of the machine. The typewriter is fully functional and because it is a No. 3 accepts larger size papers. The machine came to me in reasonable condition. It needed drastic cleaning. But because it had been covered up with dirt for so long, the paint and mechanical parts had been protected for many many years, and this was the final outcome.
