Filmed with Trainman 7 / @trainman758 The first video of the crossing can be seen here • Level Crossing, Martins Creek NSW, Australia. This is the Cory Street level crossing at Martins Creek NSW. Since filming here in 2018, the crossing has received new red background crossbucks. New Western Cullen Hayes crossarms have also been installed to replace the previous McKenzie & Holland and Westinghouse ones, with the existing United Group lights transferred to the new fittings. Two of the replacement crossarms appear to be WRRS ones recycled from the old gated signals at Paterson, they retain the wider spacing which creates an interesting look here. Train information: 1st train: 4WB7 Qube steel from Port Kembla to Brisbane, with locomotives QL015 and QL006. 2nd train: 3BM4 Pacific National freight from Brisbane to Melbourne, with locomotives NR21, NR11 and NR82. 3rd train: 3BA6 Pacific National freight from Brisbane to Adelaide, with locomotives NR46, LDP005 and LDP008. 4th train: passenger service from Newcastle to Dungog. 5th train: 6M31 empty ballast from Morandoo to Martins Creek Quarry, with locomotive 8257. The quarry siding track has never been protected by signals and requires flagging whenever a train uses it. 6th train: NT33 XPT service from Sydney to Casino. 7th train: passenger service from Dungog to Newcastle.
