Most people are not aware of the difference between PHYSICAL grounding (into the earth below one's feet) and SPIRITUAL grounding into the core channel of one's Energy Body. Winn goes into other types of grounding that for most are completely unconscious, such as grounding one's sexual energy in order to better manage it. Woman have a big advantage over men in this regard, as their yoni is directly wired into the Energy Body of Mother Earth. Sexual energy is extremely volatile, which is why many get into problems with it both internally and in their relationships.
