WHAT STRETCHES SHOULD YOU DO? PREVENT INJURIES, WORKOUT HARDER! Hey team! I have recently seen a lot of athletes using the GoWOD mobility app and have been giving it a try! I have really enjoyed the App and feel like it is going to really help improve so mobility points for me! My main goal is to show you guys what I am doing and what works for me! This was a great way in five minutes to see what I needed to work on from a mobility aspect and I thought I would share the process. GOWOD will then generate a daily protocol that's is customized to me AND my needs when it comes to mobility. It helps me make sure I am attacking my weak points and focusing on them! Nagging injuries might not be where you are feeling them. Shoulder pain could come from the bicep or chest. So finding out where you are tight, and what is lacking could help fix a nagging injury for you! At the end I show you tow of of my go to stretches from my daily GOWOD protocol for my ankles and my shoulders to keep everything moving freely!! Hope you enjoy this one!!
