This is part 2 of the testing series, focused on practical performance. In this video, I continue testing the TriggerTech ACE USPSA version and break down how it performs, particularly during movement. My thoughts: The TriggerTech ACE trigger has very little movement both before and after the wall. The wall is clearly perceptible but light, and the shot breaks instantly as the wall breaks. There’s no creep and no delay—when you decide to shoot, the gun fires immediately. By comparison, the OEM trigger has more of a rolling break and effectively multiple “walls.” You can be applying pressure with the intent to fire, break through the first wall, and still not have the shot go off yet. This becomes especially important when shooting on the move or during transitions. If you start a movement while adding pressure to the trigger and the shot hasn’t actually broken, you introduce input into the gun at the exact moment the shot fires, which can disturb the sights and affect accuracy. Because of this, the OEM trigger requires more deliberate shot discipline, whereas the TriggerTech ACE allows for more precise timing and cleaner shot execution under movement. For USPSA/SCSA shooters, Glock Carry Optics competitors, and anyone considering the TriggerTech ACE for competition shooting.
