Raw mango 2 chopped Sugar 1cup Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp Turmeric pdr 1/4 tsp Red chilli 3-4 Raisins 1 spn Red chilli pdr 1/2 tsp Vinegar 2-3 spn Kalonji 1/2 tsp oil 2-3 spn Method: First add oil into a pan and then add fennel seeds and kalonji.Give it a stir.Next add turmeric powder , dry red chilli and ginger garlic paste. Again stir it well. Next add the chopped mango into the oil.Add salt and mix them well.Now put the cover and let it cook 3-4 minutes.After few minutes of cooking over medium heat add the raisins and red chilli powder.Mix them well and break the chopped mangoes with a spoon.Next add the sugar and again mix it.In this time add vinegar.Let it cook another few minutes with cover.Once the pickle looks nice and thick then switch of the flame and let it cool down.You can serve this sweet pickle with rice , bread or chapati.You can store this pickle couple of days.Enjoy..
