A report into chemical weapon attacks in Syria is due to be released on Thursday. After UN investigators claimed they had evidence proving who had carried out the attacks, the UN had hoped to conduct further investigations into who was responsible. But, the proposal was vetoed by Russia, an ally of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's government. It has left many affected by the Khan Sheikhoun attack, in which about 80 people were killed and more than 500 injured in Idlib province, feeling abandoned by the world.
