Frasard RANTS - Depression + Training + Guitar Advice This video is fueled by an email that I received not too long ago from someone who kicked a bad habit and wanted some advices, so I wanted to do so in video form. Hopefully it helps this particular person and anybody else who can relate/use it for motivation. It's a very important topic that I wanted to just talk about on camera instead of just an email response. I'll be adding to this upload ad the days go on because there are a lot of things that i can share on these subjects. The person who has been going through this depression(you know who you are) I got you brother, and anybody else that this may help in any way. I care about you guys and I'm really happy to receive such an email stating that you've turned things right around for the better. Way to go my dude!!! Like I said, I'll have plenty more to continue off of from where this video, and if you guys want to see more of these driving to the gym rants I'll do my best to pick a topic that you'd like to pick my brain on and I'll share it with you.
