Chapters : 0:00 - Welcoming my friend 0:55 - Intro 4:22 - Recipe - 1 - Mudda pappu 7:06 - Recipe - 2 - Beetroot Curry 11:32 - Pudina Chutney 15:17 - Dapalam 22:43 - Conclusion Dapalam : Take a pan Oil - 4-5 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp Dry Red Chili - 2 Curry leaves - Few Garlic crushed - 10 cloves Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp Sambar onions - 15-20 Fry well Onion - 1 medium Drumstick - 1 Bottle gourd - small piece Pumpkin - small piece Okra - 2-3 Sweet potato - 1 Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 2 tsp Red chili powder - 2 tsp Mix everything well Cover & cook for 2 minutes Brinjal - 2 Tomato - 3 Green chili - 4-5 Curry leaves - few Mix well Cover & cook for 5 minutes Brinjal Tamarind juice - 35-40 gms Water - as required Cover & cook for 20-25 minutes Check salt Salt - 1/2 tsp Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin powder - 1/10 tsp Mustard powder - 1/4 tsp Jaggery - 2 tbsp Coriander leaves - few Muddapappu : Red gram - 100 gms (washed & soaked) Water - as required Cover & cook for 4 whistles Open the lid Salt - 3/4 tsp Ghee - 1 tsp Mix everything well Pudina chutney : Tempering : Oil - 1 tsp Ghee - 1 tsp Black gram - 1/2 tsp Bengal gram - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp Dry red chilies - 2 Garlic -1/2 of it Curry leaves - few Asafoetida- few Fry well Turmeric powder - 1/10 tsp Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp Set a side Main base : Take a same pan Black gram- 1 tsp Bengal gram - 1 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds - 3 tsp Curry leaves - 5-6 strings Dry red chilies - 10-12 Fry well and set a side Garlic - 7-8 cloves Salt - 1 tsp Jaggery - 2 tbsp Tamarind (soaked) - 10 gms Grind it to paste Add tempering Beet root fry : Oil - 5-6 tsp Black gram - 1 tsp Bengal gram - 1 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Garlic - 1/2 of it or 10-12 cloves Curry leaves - few Onion - 1 big Green chili -5-6 Fry well Beet root -300 gms Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Salt -1 1/2 tsp Cover & cook for 20-25 minutes Check Red chili powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp Coconut - 1 tbsp Coriander leaves - few Mix everything well Note: Kindly note that, subtitles are provided only for ingredients & cooking procedure.
