Hiya, so I was making this chocolate concrete and realised half way through that I had greased a cake tin instead of a Swiss roll tin which is much smaller! So I had to double up the recipe for the tin I used in the video. If you're making this, please use a Swiss roll tin which is much smaller than the one in the video, or double up the recipe below. Because of the cake tin I was using, my baking time was slightly longer than usual too. I baked the concrete for 25 minutes. If you're using a smaller tin, then reduce the cooking time to between 15-20 minutes, depending on how hard you want the concrete to be. Once you remove the tin from the oven, the concrete will harden up more. We like them slightly softer which makes them perfect to eat on its own or with hot custard. Hope all this makes sense, as you can see I'm not very good at making videos 🙈.
