In this video we will get closer to a new SAP product called Dynamic Forms or BTP Dynamic Forms. Released in 2024, cloud-based solution, which offers new approach of handling for example PM Checklists, Inspection Checklists, various forms related to Maintenance, Quality and so on. SAP offers different tools to handle checklists in the system. It can be a simple task list, DMS document, measuring points or implementation of inspection checklists. This is the latest, new way of doing this type of activity. If your business or your Client has lots of documents, which they use for maintenance requests, maintenance planning and execution - Dynamic Forms may be the best choice in your project.You will see the business case, together we will build 2 forms - one checklist and one maintenance form with this new BTP solution.I will show you how to use Form Builder, even with the trial version of the dynamic forms. With the drag and drop approach, within 5 minutes we will have our first checklist available in the cloud platform. The forms can be then integrated with your S/4HANA Private Cloud, S/4HANA on Premise or ECC System. During building the forms, we will also test them.
