We use all purpose but you can use other kinds as well. 1 1/2 cups sugar or sugar sub of choice 1/2 cup powdered milk 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt to make one cake or cupcakes preheat oven to 350 degrees add bag of mix to a bowl along with 3/4 cup water 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup of oil or melted butter 3 eggs.
