Take a bowl add maida,egg, powder,salt and mix well. Add enough water and make a smooth batter.the batter should be thinner than the dosa batter. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a spoon full of batter in the centre.spread with the back of the spoon to a thin round.keep on medium flame for 1-2 minutes When it is cooked on one side,remove it into a plate and place a spoon full of coconut filling on one end of the pancake and roll it.
