Bellanotte is using its complex dial that features a range of materials from aventurine and mother of pearl to rhodium plated brass to display a fireworks show on the Piaza de San Marco during the Feast of Redeemer or Festa del Redentore, one of the most important events in Venice where they celebrate the end of the great plague of 1576. Cased in a 40,5mm case with a combination of brushed and polished surfaces and with a sapphire crystal, it is one of the prettiest watches I handled. The only thing somewhat ruining the excellent high end feel is the finish of the hands that show some smudges and dust, but it could be down to this being a pre-production review sample.
