Pressed flowers and wax seals are a match made in heaven! In this video I’ll give you some tips for pressing your own flowers to incorporate into your wax seal making. ✨ Supplies you’ll need: Flower press (or a large book) Vellum sealing wax: https://bgoodslettering.com/collectio... Krylon Gold Leafing Pen - https://a.co/d/5wM1GHE ✨ Tips for pressing your own flowers Choose small flowers. Wax seals are quite small so smaller flowers will fit in them better. Trim off any extra portions of the flowers or stems that you don’t need. The thinner you get floral the quicker it will press. Wait. For flowers to fully dry it can take up to two weeks or longer. You can look at the flowers to check them and change out the paper if needed. But you’ll want them to be fully dried before adding them to a wax seal to avoid molding.
