Today's HIIT barbell workout goes for a quick 15 minutes. This follow along full body routine is great for when you’re strapped for time in the mornings or just want to add some resistance cardio training to your weekly workouts. Even though it's short, it's better than nothing. If you’re feeling pumped for more, finish off by doing my other 20 min full body HIIT workouts. There will be 7 exercises performed for 3 rounds with 45 seconds rest in between each round. Split is 30/10. I'm using a 20kg aerobic pump set. These are my personal workouts that I try to complete 4-5 times a week. Hopefully someone will find these workouts useful in reaching their goals.
