If you're interested in natural health or herbal remedies, you need to give this a try. 🌿 Nutrients and Compounds in Spruce Tips: Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) – Spruce tips are rich in vitamin C, which supports the immune system and acts as an antioxidant.
