Set in a stylized, semi-open coastal world, the game blends exploration, combat, and dark humor as you hunt, evolve, and survive against both wildlife and humans. Sometimes I get this weird feeling that I need to surface for air...realizing that is not the case always rocks me a little bit. It's not too often I get to play as a fish! As the apex killing machine evolves, we will grow from a vulnerable pup into a terrifying force of nature! Maneater mixes RPG-style progression with over-the-top action, environmental storytelling, and a surprisingly playful tone. It’s chaotic, cinematic, and oddly relaxing in that “be the monster” kind of way. Oh, and did I mention pretty mature in its content?
