as we all know, shtf happens in different stages. it could be anything from a small emergency that only affects you, such as your car breaking down in the middle of nowhere, all the way up to the civil unrest, and "muh drones" type thing. Start by planning for the most likely events, and branch out from there. The things I showed here are a baseline. you can obviously pack in the bags and carriers whatever you deem most critical. extra water, first aid, a blanket/snivel gear a flashlight (with red lense capabilities), extra batteries (powerbank is also nice.) and something like an E-tool will set you up for success in 99% of the situations you are likely to encounter on a day to day basis. in the future, there will be more discussion and detailed explanation on the contents and application of the "get home" and "bug out" bags. both of which fulfill the same mission, just doing it a slightly different way.
