How to Answer Calls on iPhone Handsfree Using Siri

In this video we are going to demonstrate how to answer phone calls handsfree using a feature that Siri offers, and a pair of Bluetooth headphones. (Note: Only Apple AirPods, AirPod Pros, AirPod Max, and some models of Beats headphones work with this feature. Other third party headphones have not been able to work with this feature.) We are working with a man with cerebral palsy who lives in Northern Michigan. He wants to be able to answer phone calls using his voice as he has quadriplegia from his cerebral palsy. We looked for ways for him to answer calls independently, without having to ask staff for help and were surprised that many options did not work. There are only so many options of headsets that work with the "Announce Calls" feature. Earbuds like the Apple AirPods do this, but they are too small and have an issue with staying in a person's ear. We chose the Powerbeats Pros because they are able to answer using the Announce Calls function, and offer more of a secure fit with the leg attached that wraps around the ear of the user.
